Treating yourself comes in lots of different ways and it's going to raise your happiness hormones. Feel good endorphins are like a pot simmering, waiting for you to add more ingredients
For example, treating yourself to a cold glass of wine on a summer night or taking yourself out to your favourite place. Spending a little bit more on a nice meal out or an evening's entertainment, hanging out with people who make you feel good, laughter and activity.
Treating yourself by doing something that will be enriching for you is the key to growing your confidence and feeling good about yourself. This not only makes you feel good but it also makes you more interesting and fun to be around.
